Nice Tie but no gift card, enclosure or message
"Delivery was quite rapid and the recipient love the tie however, the biggest disappointment was that the gift card was not shipped with the gift and thus he did not know who it was from or why he was receiving it. I had to ask him if he had received it. The card was an important part of the gift and so I was very very disappointed."

"With trepidation i ordered a novelty tie from Ties.com, having done considerable research. Other companies supply similar ties, but in polyester; i wanted a silk one. On receipt i was surprised by the following: the quality of the packaging (excellent), quality of the tie (excellent), care to ensure there was no damage during delivery (excellent). With the exception of the high end stores (Saks, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom) i have not come across a vendor that takes such care in ensuring that ties are delivered in such pristine condition.
