"I came to ties.com because I need XL ties and they are always in stock here. I have purchased ~8/9 ties and I think the quality it quite good. The Thickness of the ties is ample, so I don't know what other people are talking about. (I have never bought any novelty ties -- don't know if that is the issue.)
I have made a few returns in the past because I am extremely picky and there were no issues.
I did purchase some ties on the after-Xmas sale and they allowed me to order some ties that were no longer in stock.
But I was not charged, so I am not overly excited about that mix up.
I'll come here again if I need more ties in the future."
