After contacting the company and submitting a photo of the defect I was expedited a replacement which arrived without defect, The Tie was very close to color presented on-line and arrived shipped in a very nice package. "Bought this tie for a school dance, it came on time and was significantly cheaper than buying from a brick and mortar store. The color is a nice dark maroon and the flowers are very nice, I got lots of compliments. Only complaint would be that the tie itself is kind of thin so it took me a couple tries to tie it nicely, but that might be because I’m pretty new to the self tie bow tie game. Overall I love it and I’m definitely going to buy more ties from this site."

I needed it to match my bridesmaids dresses and it may be too dark, hoping nobody will really notice. "The tie worked... :) my wife had recently been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and we weren't sure we would be able to attend our pals wedding in Seattle. During the week before the wedding my wife started to feel well enough to attend. I quickly found Ties.com and ordered "Pink Ribbon For Breast Cancer Awareness Tie" and had it shipped to my pals place in Seattle, instead of my home in British Columbia.
